um I moved a post frm the cc forum to the links and things. it was on blood pressure. I hope I did it right and it was ok. I thought about deleating the whole thing but the persons profile didn't look strange so I was at a lost. ok I think I have rambled enough. and I sent a pm so the person would know where it went and why. I just told 'em it was a cc forum and maybe that's not the bedt place to post. hope it was ok

that's spam sweetie - the only links we allow are to other fic type boards, roswell boards...you know - that kind of stuff. Just get the person's IP addy if you can so I can ban them, post it in the spammy mcspam spam thread and delete the sucker.

If I see any spammers I'll be sure to get you the IP address as well, Tracie...that's terrible (about the porn)! For some reason when I was trying to come on here, it was saying something about the board account not being able to access it or something or other, but I think it must have been a fluke because it's all better now! Hi to Roselle and to all mods and admins here!
