Fan Fic and More

hello everybody

I really hope you and your Who fan friends will come and play here. We have in various areas of the board other fan fics and fan art - we have discussion forums for books, television and movies and a place to play games. You are more than welcome to explore the various areas of the board and post wherever you'd like. The rules are simple - play nice - see, simple.

Now, what can I do to make this more welcoming for you - Rename forums, add forums...get some Who avatars (those are user pictures)? Name it and I'll do my best for you - though if you want avatars...you may be better off posting some pictures for me to make them from or finding some online and posting them and I'll add them to the gallery for you

I've got a bunch of Doctor Who icons up in my photobucket account. The only thing I'm unsure of is how we could credit the creators (whose LJ names are a part of each icon's file name).

Having the forums divided up between New Who and Classic Who make sense to me! I'm not sure if there are enough people here who also want Torchwood or Sarah Jane Adventures forums, too. Those are spin-offs of the show. I've never run into SJA fic, though I assume it's out there; Torchwood is far more popular. The only other divisions I could think of would be things like het, slash, multiples, etc. There are a lot of threesome shippers in this fandom.

Could you maybe repost the basic info about posting guidelines in here, or link to the rules forum? Info about signatures, width of graphics (550pixels), and headers for fics (Title, Author Name, Disclaimer, etc?) would probably be helpful to new authors here!
