while I dislike kate, i'm liking the interactions between her and sawyar about a million times more than her and jack. I think the actors themselves have more chemistry and it makes it so enjoyable to watch

they are both such damaged charaters, done a lot of shameful bad things in their lives, but they understand each other so well. where as, jack (as much as i like him) always does the right, moral thing, no matter what! he struggles with that, i know. but him & kate just don't have 'it' anymore. he expects way to much from her and is disappointed when she falls short. sawyer expects nothing, so it's all good.

damn, i was chatting with my girls and totally missed the repeat last night!....well, it's not like i don't have it on tape....or i didn't watch every eppy at least 3 times.....LOL

I agree My Mother was watching it and she said" That makes no sense" and i started laughing! I am so sick of it being confusing! How the hell did HE get on the island?

I love the fact that it's confusing .. as long as things add up when the big reveals start happening. So far the writers have been able to logic some things out ... which I think is cool and what keeps me coming back for more.

HE has been on the island for a long time, i think. why?? who knows. what was that stuff he was injecting himself with? is he contagious? will the others be infected? questions, questions, questions.....they will drive you mad if you let them!! LOL

loved the premier, EXCEPT they didn't show anything about the raft people!! i know, i saw the promos, tomorrow night....but i've been going nuts all week! what the hell was that vision shannon had? still can't make out what he says no matter how loud i crank up the sound! hehe! poor walt, alone with those people! the french woman better start joining the group & working together. oh, my....maybe HE was part of her crew!!

If the guy you're talking about is Desmond ... I'm guessing since the sign "Quarantine" was on the underside of the hatch opening that the Island itself is under quarantine and whatever D was injecting himself with is medication against whatever it is that's the infection agent "outside".

I really wish I taped this show. But it's pretty darn impossible, considering I tape Veronica Mars at the same time. I can't watch VM live until after I catch up with S1 on DVD, and I can't do that until S1 is released on DVD on Oct. 11. Ah, the dilemmas of a TV Geek.

Anyhoo, I wanted to go back and see what that logo said. The one Locke touched on the wall. The same one Desmond had on his ugly jumpsuit, and the very same one I swear I saw on the shark that was after Sawyer. Anybody else see that, or was I hallucinating?? When I tried reading it on the wall, I thought I read "Death Star," but I know that's not right! I mean, we saw The Others at the end of the ep, and they weren't Imperial Stromtroopers, so... ;-)

I'm ever more confused. I was almost sure "Desmond" in the quarantine hatch would be called something else other than "Desmond." So is he the same guy from the stadium, or what?? Argh. I was LMAO when Kate paused for some chocolate in the pantry/storage room...I so would have done the SAME thing! Priorities, right?! What was the candy called, BTW? Astro or something spacy, but now I can't remember. Grr. If I'd have been able to tape the show...rewind. :-P

I wasn't shocked that Michael gave lil' Walt a stuffed polar bear in the flashback. At all. I saw the gift bag, and I immediately thought it'd be a polar bear-themed gift. But, of course I cried. I couldn't help myself. Dammit.

Convenient how that current took Sawyer and Michael back to the island. Inconvenient that they don't speak Korean.

I can't wait for next week. Boy, am I glad ABC isn't airing the damn World Series. Which reminds me, TPTB at Fox are bastards. I'm going to have HWS (House Withdrawl Syndrome) all through my birthday month. November 1 is chicken-shit! Grr.

Also, wanna add a GRR for Charlie. He should have left the Virgin Mary in the jungle where she belongs.

I'm really excited for Rose .. Her hubster's alive and she's known it all along .. I wonder is she psychic or just really believes that he's OK.

Ana and Sawyer - the smackdown I'm sure those two are going to click very nicely. What I think will be cool is when they get together w/ Jack et al. Since Ana & Jack were flirting at the airport bar before the flight ... we might get some more very interesting fireworks

I'm so happy for Hurley - that the food problem was worked out. Although does anybody else get the feeling that the backstories aren't that important anymore. Last season they gave you inclings into these peoples characters, now all we see is how they've changed. But it hasn't been too long since the "backstory" so the change IMHO isn't all that dramatic.

Next weeks ep looks exciting Although you know I'll be taping this and watching VM
