Habits of Thought

Being positive or negative, are habits of thoughts that strongly affect on your actions and life.

 

This is something I truly believe.  We are conditioned, and at a very young age, to be either postivie thinkers, or negative thinkers.  The good news is, it’s something you can change.  You are not destined to stay on your same path.  Like any other habit, you can break it (if it’s negative) or work to establish it (if it’s positive).    You can train yourself to find the good and the positive in life.  Open your eyes and look around.  It’s all around you.

I challenge you to do this.  Every day for 30 days find something postive about your day and really focus on it.  CELEBRATE it.  See how it makes you feel.  I bet you’ll feel a lot better about yourself and your life 🙂
