Sometimes, we all struggle with feelings of uselessness, or like nothing we do is right.  I bet a lot of us feel this way most of the time.  It’s really not true, but it is how a lot of people feel. When you start to feel this way, why not take the time to help somebody else.  Maybe run an errand for a neighbor, or help someone out in the grocery store.  It doesn’t have to be monumental – to you, but it may be to them.  And you can take pride in realizing what the rest of the world already knows, that you helped someone, and that you are usefull and you are valued.
