What we think, what we believe, shapes who we are.  I know it sounds simple, and you’re probably saying, “Well no d’uh,” but I want you tho think about something.  If you know that, and you believe that, why do you continually think about yourself in a negative way?

Think about yourself, and your life in a joyful manner.  There are so many good, great and amazing things about you, and they deserve to be celebrated.  Fill your mind and your heart with happiness and joy and chase away the negativity that is always trying to creep inside of you.

Remember, your thoughts shape who you are, so focus on the good and positive.
