Change Doesn’t Happen Over Night

When you set a goal, I mean really set a goal, you put all your effort into it.  You focus, become driven.  That goal is your destination.  Sometimes, you’ll find that what you’re doing isn’t working, and that’s okay.  You don’t have to necessarily give up the goal, but what you can change is what you’re doing to get there.  I set goals all the time, and I’ve found that, for me, it’s best to keep things fluid.  If I get to rigid in my focus, the slightest setback and totally throw me off course.  By keeping things fluid, little setbacks don’t get me down quite as much.  I’m not changing my destination, but my direction in how I get there.
