Long story short – if you’re going to talk the talk, you need to walk the walk.  If you’re saying one thing, and doing the other, you’re not going to be happy, you won’t be in balance.  You throw yourself out of alignment.  Focus on who you are, what you believe in, and in what makes you truly happy, and then, live that life.  Do the things that support your belief.  You’ll be happier for it.
