We all have things we have to do, and things we want to achieve – goals.  Doesn’t it make sense to work toward things that bring us joy and happiness, that way when we attain them, it seems less like work?  Seems pretty simple to me.  Oh but wait….I have to lose 50 pounds, and that’s hard work.  Yeah, it is, no doubt about it, and I can think about having to lose 50 pounds and how hard it is, or – and this is where the choosing wisely comes in, I can today choose to take a nice walk or maybe add my favorite fruit smoothie to my diet instead of a soda – or a water.  See the thing is, that’s a small change that makes me feel good (and when I feel good, my heart sings) and gets me one step closer toward my goal.  So set your goals and think about little things you can do to help you achieve them, and that make you feel good.  The results will be AMAZING
