How Strong Are You?

Anyone can run away; it’s super easy. Facing problems and working through them, that’s what makes you strong.

how strong are youHow strong are you?  I’m not talking physical strength.  I’m talking the emotional strength we need when things get tough.  Do you dig in and fight for all your worth, or do you run away?

I’m don’t totally agree with this quote.  Running away isn’t necessarily easy, but facing what’s hard takes a lot of emotional strength and fortitude. And when you face them and deal with them, you grow even stronger.

Think about some of the difficult times in your life. Times when  you said I just can’t handle this.  I can’t do it.  What happened.  I’m betting you handled it and you got done what needed to be done.

How strong are you?  I’m betting anything you’re far stronger than you’d ever think you are.  We are capable of amazing things, and we have the capacity to deal with a lot.  It’s not easy, and it’s not fun, but when life gets difficult, reach deep down inside of you and find those hidden inner reserves and know that you can do it.
