Think Positive 30: A New Chapter for an Old Dream
Some ideas sneak up quietly, almost like they are waiting for the perfect moment to tap you on the shoulder. Think Positive 30 began as one of those soft little taps. Years ago, back in the LiveJournal era when we all customized our pages with glitter graphics and vibes, a dear friend of mine started posting a daily positive thought. Just one small bright thing each day. I watched her do it and thought, well, why not me too. So naturally, I decided to take it a step further and create a whole community dedicated to positivity.
I named it Think Positive 30 because I figured if it takes about twenty one days to build a habit, then thirty days of intentional positivity should seal the deal. It started small, just a few of us sharing daily encouragement, but then it
grew. More people joined. More conversations sparked. Before long, Think Positive 30 became a little pocket of light on the internet.
And because I tend to follow inspiration wherever it goes, I took another leap.
I built thinkpositive30.com, created a mailing list, and began sending daily positive thoughts straight to inboxes. Every morning, rain or shine, I wrote a message and expanded it into a full blog post. I kept that rhythm for over ten years. It became a practice that shaped me as a writer and as a person. But eventually the workload grew bigger than my energy levels. The mailing list ballooned. Life shifted. And I made the hard choice to let the project rest.
Even so, I missed it. I missed the writing. I missed the connection with readers. I missed the simple joy of sending something good into the world every day.
Recently, with a very good friend’s help, I gathered every original positive thought from the old site and brought them here to my new home online. And wow, was it a process. Migrating years of daily content is not for the faint of heart. But it is here now, safe and sound, and ready for its next chapter.
Now I am going through those old posts and giving them new life. I am expanding them, polishing them, and turning quick bursts of inspiration into thoughtful reflections and stories. I want them to feel warmer, deeper, more conversational. I also plan to write brand new positive posts moving forward. Think Positive 30 deserves to live again, not as a relic from early internet days, but as a living part of my writing world.
This whole journey of positivity is woven into everything I do, including the books I write. If daily encouragement and mindset support speak to you, you might enjoy the resources I have created in my Words and Wonders shop. Books
like Thinking Positive and Thinking Positive Workbook carry the same heart and intention behind Think Positive 30. They are all about finding steadiness, clarity, and hope in the middle of life’s beautiful chaos. Creating those books was a natural extension of the positivity work that started so long ago, and it feels good to finally connect those dots in one place.

The message behind Think Positive 30 never disappeared. It simply took a long rest. Now it is waking up again, refreshed and ready for a new chapter, and I am so grateful you are here to be part of it.
More positive thoughts. More reflections. More connection. And a whole lot of heart.
