Inner Peace

Share on:

Your inner peace is a choice, and it has nothing to do withwhat other people do or think. – Gerald Jampolsky

Inner peace is always such a tenuous thing, because we tend to let outside factors impact it.  Well, I shouldn’t speak for others, but from what I’ve observed it’s true.  The bus is running late, and that makes you cranky, or someone forgets to do something they’ve said they’ll do, and you become annoyed.  Granted those things are irksome and annoying, there is no doubt about it, but are hey worth ruining your inner peace and happiness?  I don’t think so.  Relax and ry and go with the flow and try not to let outside factors ruin your inner happiness.  Take them for what they are, just minor blips on the happiness radar of your life.
