Defining Happiness

Share on:

Happiness comes of the capacity to feel deeply, to enjoy simply, to think freely, to risk life, to be needed. S. Jameson

What does it mean to be happy?  There is not one clear and simple answer.  Happiness, like all emotions, is a happinesssubjective thing.  Look inward and find those things that you enjoy, that feel good, that fill you with joy or peace.  If something makes you experience those emotions to your very core, you are happy.  Please, above all, be happy.
