Say No to Stress

Share on:

Spend time with people who bring out the best in you not the stress in you. – Karen Salmonsohn

There are people that make us incredibly happy, and being around them fills us with joy.  There are also people that seem to tie us up into huge balls of stress.  I’d like to say never spend time with the people that cause you stress, but kitesometimes that’s unavoidable.  What you have to do is find ways to block the stress the bring to your life.  Find YOUR happy place and let their stress and negativity just bounce right off of you.  It’s not easy, but you don’t need to make their stress YOUR stress.  Whenever possible, avoid them, but when you can’t, don’t let them get you down.  When you can, whenever possible, spend your time with people who bring you joy.
