I'm in desperate need fo a rant - I'm stuck here at work while my sister trys so hard at home to buy me Robbie Williams concert tickets for 2006. It's now 11.16am and she has been trying since 9.30am and is still not through. You have to buy them through his website and she is getting all the way to the payment bit and then the site tells her to come back later. I'm sitting here at my desk practically praying.

I'm off to pray some more, I'll be back if I get some good news.

Robbie Williams Concert Ticket Update

My sister finally got into the website and the London dates have sold out. Now I have to wait until 19th November and see if I can get some then direct from Wembley Stadium box office. I'll keep you posted on how I get on.

Robbie Williams Ticket Update

i was sitting here feeling all sad for myself so I decided just to have another look at the website just in case the problems this morning had some how made mistakes and there were tickets after all and guess what? There was. I am now the owner of two tickets to see Robbie Williams on Friday 15th September 2006 at Wembley Stadium in London. I'm so excited, I could cry and burst at the same time.

Thanks for your prayers Majik, I guess they really worked LOL.

actually i came here to rant and got caught up in donna's ticket buying ordeal!! LOL i'm easily distracted by shinny things....

anyhoozles, don't people understand the concept of spoiler warnings??? or are they just stupid & inconsiderate?? or do they think everyone is like them and want to know everything right@#$%ingnow!!! do they comprehend the meaning of aniticpation? or the fun of speculation between eppies? or ever heard of patience?? let me bang my head against the wall for a minute....

i don't want to be spoiled....i don't want to know in advance.......i want to be suprised, i want to experience the drama as it happens.....i want to speed dial my sister during commericals and squeal OMB!!!

and another thing....i hate being on the west coast because i am the LAST to see the eppy!!! everyone else has seen it hours before me....grrrrrr!!!

I am like 5 eps behind and sometimes i enjoyed being spoiled !! ..actually I am dowloading eps from the new seasons cause i couldn`t wait five months to know how they continued

Actually, Alienmom, I think you see it even before I do. Charmed doesn't air here until 10:00 p.m. (and later when there's a game on) so by then everyone else has seen it before I have. But I agree with you. I like to know what the next episode is going to be about but don't ruin it by telling me how it ends. I'd rather be surprised.

Here in the UK it's even worse for programme showing. Of course we all love the US shows like Lost, The OC, Desperate Housewifes etc but by the time we normally get them the US is on to the next season. It's really hard for me not to ask my Aunt and Cousin who live in Nebrasska or ask Vecastone. I do try and stay away from spoilers but I must admit recently I've completely caved in and got them from everyone.

When Roswell was being shown in the UK we even complained to the tv station because of the state they showed the episodes in. If it wasn't being shown because of the snooker then it was being taken off because 'The White Room' episode was branded too scary to watch at teatime. They didn't even screen Season 3. In all honestly if you don't have something here in the UK called satelite television then you might as well forget about watchng anything unless your happy to wait until the year after everyone else gets it.

At least my favourite UK show - Eastenders - is on what I call terristeral telly.

Hello people !! sorry for being MIA in the last past days... you have to understand new seasons, and new series.

I have a question that's bugging me ... in ep two of the new season of Smallville (which btw is not my favorite show but i wanted to see what was going to happen in the fortress of solitude) .. did Clark and Lana have sex, YES or NO ... ???

i wouldn't know V. i can't stand smellville and just the thought of s e x makes me a little queasy!! LOL

i was ranting about prison break and i was at fox's official PB site message board where they have no concept of 'spoiler alert' and just blab everything in the heading of their post...

well, the white room is horrifing, so i don't blame them!! LOL

anywoodles, this computer sucks until the boy reformats it!!! grrrrr! that's why i haven't been around the past few days

LJ is acting all freaky on me....or maybe it's this browser ( i hate it, but mine isn't loaded anymore or this computer won't recognize it...gggrrrrr!!!!) so now when i have the time to update, i can't!!! augh!!!

now i have to go shopping with my mother....again. we have been spending way to much time together

I completely understand your feelings towards that serie Alienmom, it´s just that I am a romantic and when I know the main couple is finally together I just want to see what will happen with them.

To answer my own question , yes indeed they finally did it.

And the other reason why I am watching Smell is because I found out James Masters is going to be in a few eps.. have you seen him??

I'm stuck here at work all alone and I'm bored. Apart from exchanging the odd email with Vecastone I can find nothing to do. I only have half an hour until home time but that half an hour is dragging.

you know i am trying to finish up my 3 stories. yep 3. and i have more that want to come out, but i told them no. rl is kicking my butt totally. and we still have no heat at work.
