Yep, that's her. I'm about done with the book now myself. I take it you've read it?

I just thought I'd say I finished True Betrayals! It took me a few minutes to understand why the characters did what they did in the book, but afterward, I got it and the impact was even more moving because of it. I recommend it to anyone who likes mystery/romance...

I just started book 1 in the Dragon Star series. It's called Stronghold. It's pretty good so far.

I'm reading Face the Fire by Nora Roberts now, only problem is that it's the last in a trilogy and I haven't read the first two. Oh well.

oh...is it one of her sci fi-ish fantasy type ones or regular Nora Roberts

It's a paranormal one with witchcraft. It's good so far but there are details missing for me since I don't have the first two. I think Nora does paranormal pretty well, but I dig her crime stories the most. Oh and the hot, steamy sex.

Sorry that it took me so long to answer that, but I didn't see that there are new posts here, since everything is always "red" here for me.

I have it as audiobook on my ipod as well and I really enjoyed it. It has some cruesome details about medicine in the 19th century, but then again that's really interesting (and made me thankful for living today and not 150 years ago )

In the meantime I have also read "The mephisto club" by Tess Gerritsen and I liked it very much.

Boston medical examiner Maura Isles and police detective Jane Rizzoli look into the murder of 28-year-old Lori-Ann Tucker, whose body is found Christmas morning in her apartment amid an unholy mess of severed limbs, black candles and satanic symbols rendered in blood. Isles and Rizzoli must sort sinner from innocent among suspects who can be found on several continents and include a group of sophisticates—scholars, an anthropologist, a psychiatrist—who are either cult members or crusaders against evil straight from the pages of Revelation. On occasion, the action shifts to Europe, to a young woman running from a man she's convinced is descended from a race of fallen angels.

Then however I came across another book by the same author, with the title "Gravity" and I have to admit that it was so stupid and boring I didn't even make it through the first 50 pages before I put it down.

Therefor I am glad I got "The third heiress" (by Brenda Joice) as an ebook so I can read that again, for possibly the 20th time. I don't like the historical romance stuff by this author (or any author), but I love "the third heiress" and I think it's a pity she has only written 3 more books that are somehow going into the same direction. I love stories that switch between present and past and make a connection between the two.

And so that I can read something new as well I finally started "The time traveler's wife" by Audrey Niffenegger. I've had that book for a while now, but only now I started it, since it's the only paperback book I brought with me, rest are all ebooks since they don't weigh anything
