Has anyone here seen the movie Rent? If so what did you think about it? I saw it and I thought It was the best movie and had some of the best songs. anyone else agree or disagree?

I haven't yet. I'll wait until it's out on DVD - I never get to see anything in the movies unless it's a kid flick

Hey! Testing out how things work here. Glad to see there are other RENT fans here. I saw the movie first, then saw it on Broadway (where, frankly, I was underwhelmed). Even went to see the "Filmed Live on Broadway" last show (and wrote up a review at my livejournal!). Finally, about six weeks ago, I saw the National Tour--with Anthony Rapp and Adam Pascal! So totally awesome to see them live!
