"Well that mouses name would be Liz, as in me. Here is your food, I hope you enjoy it." Liz said looking at Clark.

15minutes later Liz came back and sat there plates down with shaking hands.
"Thankyou Liz." Clark said smiling gentle, she smiled back.
"What kind of service is that? We waited almost an hour for our appetizer and you bring it out WITH our dinner? What kind of waitress are you? Better yet what kind of crap service is this?" Lex yelled at the girl. She was shaking.
"This is my best friends birthday, a special night for both of us, and you ruin it by giving us cold food?" Lex banged the table.
"LEX calm down. She is not the cook, she is just waiting tables. You don't have to be so damn rude, have you noticed that you causing a scene and worse yet, your scaring the poor girl. She is a nice girl, now leave her the fuck alone!" Clark said in a calm voice but with a threat in there.
"I"m so sorry miss, for my friends temper. He is just a spoiled rich boy, he means no harm. He was just raised poorly." Clark smiled at the girl.
The girl nodded and walked away from them.
Clark kicked his other foot and made sure it hurt more, and Lex yelped in pain and glared at his friend.

Clark gave it to him and the guy pat him on the back and stamped something on his hand.
