When you wake up every morning – take a minute and just lay in your bed and tell yourself that today is going to be “The Best Day EVER!  I’m serious.  Take a little bit of time before you even put one foot on the floor to think about your day and how fantastic it’s going to be.  Think about what you need to get done and see yourself doing it, and doing it very well.  Imagine everything going your way, from getting a prime parking place at work, to watching your winning lottery numbers come up on the screen.  See it happening, feel it happening.  See yourself successfully completing a big project at work, or participating in a spin class at the gym.  Whatever you have going on in your typical day.  See it happening, and see yourself being successful.  Set out with the attitude that you are going to have a good day.  Make your good day happen.
