I have got to make everything that has happened to me good for me.— Oscar Wilde

Here’s the deal.  We all have good things happen in our lives, but every once in a while, we all have some really terrible things that happen.  We are PRO’s at celebrating all the good things.  The challenges happen when we’re faced with the bad things.  I’m not going to go into what constitutes good and bad, it’s subjective, and what’s bad for you, could barely be a blip on my own personal radar screen of life.

When those less than stellar things happen you have a couple of choices.  You can curl up in a proverbial ball, roll over and play dead, or you can move on.  I’m not going to lie, often times, the rolling over seems to be the only option, but it’s not.  You can move forward.  It’s hard, but you can do it.

That is not enough though, you have to find something good in what happened.  No matter how small, try to find some good and that will help you with the healing and the moving on.  Again, it’s not an easy task, in fact, sometimes it seems darn near impossible.  However you and I both know that nothing is impossible.  You can do it!
