It’s good to have goals, and when you put a plan in place, you want to see results right away!  Well, i do anyhow.  Go to the gym, work out for a week and poof, I should be a size 0, right?

Yeah, not so much….much like the story of the tortoise an the hare, slow and steady wins the race.  You’re going to get to where you’re going.  It may not be as quick as you’ld like, but you ARE going to get there, so why not enjoy the view on the way.
