So many people say that making decisions is hard.  Making decisions is easy, making GOOD decisions is hard, and making the right decisions and doing what must be done is the hardest thing of all.  Probably because the right decision goes against popular thinking.  It takes an inordinate amout of strength to make the right decisions, the right choices and to stick to them.  But people do it every day.  So when you are faced with a decision, know that you have the strength and fortitude do make the right one.
