Be Quiet and Listen

The inspiration you seek is already inside you. Be silent and listen… Rumi

Have you ever had one of those insightful moments of knowing?  You just KNOW the answer to your question, or which way to go, or which choice to make.  It’s the best feeling, shhhand it sometimes feels like it just doesn’t happen often enough.  Or does it?  Do we get so caught up in the external chatter and stimuli that we forget to listen to our inner voice?  I know I do.  I shouldn’t, but I do.  I forget to block out the outside world and listen to me.  It’s pretty foolish of me because I’ve found that my inner voice usually makes pretty decent choices.  So when you’re stuck trying to figure something out, or trying to make a choice or decision, take a second to relax and listen to that inner voice.  I bet you’ll be pretty glad that you did.
