Challenges or Changes

Often what feels like a terrible change, is really just a challenging pathway to a far better place. Karen Salmansohn

Life is full of changes.  Some we perceive as good, some we perceive as simply terrible.  But what if, instead of looking at those changes as terrible, we looked upon them as a way to something new.  I know someone reading this is saying how can I look upon the death of a loved one as anything but terrible.  To them I say, you’re right.  Losing a loved one is horrible, and all those sensless deaths in the Middle East are terrible.  But maybe there is good there too.  Maybe those terrible things are opening the door to new, great and wonderful things.  I’m not saying it’s easy…in fact it’s insanely difficult to find the pathway to good in some of the terrible challenges and changes we face…but we can try.
