Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow. Melody Beattie
There is a big 30 days of gratitude happening on facebook right now. People are posting what they are grateful for each day. I’m not participating because I don’t think we should limit our gratitude to one month, or only share it during that month. I’m grateful for so many things each and every day, and I try to make it a point to share my gratitude. When I look back at what happens, both good and bad, I see how it has helped to make me who I am. Being grateful in the now always makes me feel good, and I can build upon that to have a fantastic tomorrow. I’m even grateful when things don’t go according to my plan. That sounds stupid, but think about it….when things don’t follow the plan you’ve made, it’s okay…chances are the way they are headed is probably going to turn out to be 100% better!
