It is not how much we have, but how much we enjoy, that makes happiness. – Charles Spurgeon
I am so guilty of wanting bigger, better and of course more in everything, except for clothing sizes lol. But truly, I would love a newer car, a bigger house, more books, the list goes on and on. The thing is, those things don’t make me happy. No, that’s not true, I won’t say they wouldn’t make me happy. But I also find happiness in the smallest, littlest, goofiest things. My kids are amazed at the things that I laugh at and that just send me into giggle fits.
We all need to do this, find little things that make us happy, find things we enjoy and REALLY enjoy them. Throw yourself into enjoying them with every fiber of your being. Appreciate what you have and find joy around you.
