It’s NOT All About Me

Share on:

Learn to express rather than impress. Expressing evokes a me too attitude while impressing evokes a so what attitude. ~ E. James Rohn

As much as I like to joke that it’s all about me, it always has been and it always will be.  It really and truly isn’t.  Honestly, it’s not an attitude I usually have and it’s more of a joke than anything else.  But what I have found that on the occasion when I do try to make it all about me, whatever it is becomes an epic fail.  When I do things that are for the benefit of me and me only and may be detrimental in some ways to others, they never work out.  I can look out for my own best interest and still try to work for the greater good and those are the things that tend to work out for the best!
