New Belief

Wow, I seem to be finding a LOT of quotes that have an underlying theme.  I’m starting to think the universe has a message for me.  Change happens, it’s inevitable, but if we really want to rock that change, we have to, well change the way we’re looking at change.  Again it’s all about perspective.  We can be resistant and say why is this happening to me, or  we can look at change and think about how we can use it.  What is this change doing for me?  How is it making me better?  How will it help me?  How will I benefit from this?  I struggle with my weight, I always have, and recently I’ve started looking at my diet struggles differently.  Instead of dieting, I focus on healthy eating.  How is it helping me, how can it benefit me?  And logically, I know that eating healthy benefits me, not just from a losing weight aspect but from a nourishing my body, making me healthy overall aspect.  It’s all about creating a new belief to help facilitate change.
