Make the Right Choice

Share on:

Instead of hating, I have chosen to forgive and spend all of my positive energy on changing the world.- Camryn Manheim

I have had similar conversations so many times in my life, with my children, with my students and even with myself.  Hating somebody doesn’t do anything to that person.  It does a heck of a lot to you, and none of it is good.  Focus on forgiving (that’s not the same as forgetting).  Don’t focus on the negative.  Focus on the positive and channel that energy into doing good.  It will help you and help others.
