Feeling sorry for yourself, and your present condition, is not only a waste of energy but the worst habit you could possibly have. – Dale Carnegie

It’s pretty easy to feel sorry for yourself, and I’ll be honest, there’s not really anything wrong with it. What’s wrong is when it becomes a habit. When that happens, you get so caught up in the feeling sorry, that you forget about all the other good that’s going on in your life. So sure, it’s okay to occasionally indulge in a pity party, just don’t make it a way of life.
