Choose Happiness

Share on:

We can choose to be happy or chose to be miserable. Both take the same amount of work. So choose to be happy.

We have so many choices to make in our lives. What to wear, what to eat, what to watch, what to drink, what to do – the list goes on and on and on. What we don’t really think about is the fact that we have the choice to be happy, or the choice to be miserable. They both take effort, so why would anybody take the time and effort to be miserable? Are crappy things going to happen in your life? Probably. When they do, instead of expending the energy to wallow in your misery, why not take that same amount of energy and work to make yourself feel better?
