Hmmmm….two posts in a row about smiling.  I wonder if the universe is trying to tell me something?  Actually, I’ve been thinking a lot about smiling and happiness lately.  The two seem to go hand in hand.  I think happiness is an attitude you have to work at.  I think mostly we kind of coast emotionally.  We’re not happy or sad or angry, or anything, we just ARE.

Wouldn’t it be great if we worked at being happy?  We smiled more and laughed more.  Think about how enjoyable our days would be if instead of just coasting along, we ENJOYED ourselves.  How great would we feel, how great would the WORLD feel.  So why not do it.  Start smiling more, and think about happy things.  Cultivate an attitude of happiness along with your attitude of gratitude and share it with the world
