Affirm, Visualize, Expect and Change!

Affirm the positive, visualize the positive and expect the positive, and your life will change accordingly.

The mind is the most powerful tool in are arsenal.  I could go into all the scientific stuff about people who visualize and the success rate, or people who use positive affirmations and their success rate, but I’m NOT scientific girl.  There have been lots of studies done on the success of affirmations and visualizations, and they’ve been shown to be successful – that’s good enough for me.

If there is something that easy and that simple that is going to help you reach your goals and change your life, why not give it a try.  I mean really, what do you have to lose?  5 minutes from your day, tops.  So why not conduct an experiment of your own and every day for 5 minutes, repeat some positive statements that focus on your goal.  See yourself reaching that goal, and let yourself feel the feelings of succeeding.  Think the thoughts, visualize the success, feel the feelings and reap the benefits.
