When you have a challenging task in front of you, how much time do you spend saying things like “I can’t, becasue…”

I spend tons of time…often, I spend so much time saying I can’t because of this, that , or the other, that I convince myself that I actually CAN’T do it.  I end up putting limits on myself.

Instead of focusing on I can’t, and convincing yourself that you can’t, why not focus on I CAN.
