Just Smile

Share on:

Remind yourself to smile regularly and watch the world and see what happens.

I suffer from a dreadful disease called RESTING BITCH FACE. There, I said it.  I suffer from RBF.  I can’t help it.  I rbfthink I’m just sitting there with a bland look on my face and somebody will invaribly ask me what’s wrong or why am I angry.  I know i’m not alone…millions of us suffer from this dreaded ailment.   There is a cure, however.  And unlike most modern medicine, this cure is FREE.  It’s a smile.  Just smile.  Now I’m not suggesting we all walk around like blithering idiots with a vacant grin on our faces.  That would be silly.  But seriously, when you’re sitting and thinking, or walking down the hall, take a second and do a little self check – and slap on a smile.  You’ll feel better and I bet you get a bunch of smiles back, which will make you feel even better and cause you to want to smile more.  So help me fight the dreaded RBF and just smile.
