The Blame Game

Share on:

We have to let go of all blame, all attacking, all judging, to free our inner selves to attract what we say we want. – Joe Vitale

In life, things happen.  When good things happen, we’re more than happy to accept the credit and celebrate and life is good.  When bad things happen, we’re usually pretty quick to shift blame, or look for a scapegoat or a reason to explain why the bad things are happening.  It’s all so and so’s fault, or he did this so…that happened.  Guess what, that doesn’t do anything but serve to make you miserable.  And when we’re miserable, we tend to focus on being miserable and guess what, we become MORE miserable.  It’s time to let go of the anger, and the blame and the judging…stop holding all that yuckiness inside – just toss it out with the trash.  Open yourself up to bringing in good feelings, happy feelings, JOYFUL feelings and then wait and see what happens.
