Watch your thoughts they become your actions, your actions become your habits and your habits become your destiny.
So I wrote this huge long blog post on this over the weekend and scheduled it to post today and imagine my dismay when I looked this morning and it was gone. Color me sad – but it’s also a chance to reflect some more about what this means and that’s not a bad thing.
Every thought we have has the potential to become our destiny. When you think about something enough, you eventually start to do it, do something enough it becomes a habit. Once it’s a habit, it’s potentially yours forever. That was the whole premise behind the Think Positive 30 – 30 Positive Thoughts in 30 Days. If you focus on your positive thoughts often enough, you’ll start acting in a more positive manner. Do it long enough and you’ve created a habit – a good habit. And we all know just how hard habits are to break. So form a habit of thinking positive!
