Trust Yourself

Trust yourself. Think for yourself. Act for yourself. Speak for yourself. Be yourself. Imitation is suicide.

You are a unique, incredible amazing individual. You have so many strengths and gifts. It’s time to start recognizing the fact that you are incredible. There is nobody else like you and you shouldn’t try to be like anybody else. We’re inundated with pictures in magazines and on television, telling us how we should dress, what our hair should look like and what kind of make up to use and how to wear it. Or we’ll see someone we admire and we’ll start to model ourselves after them until pretty soon it’s hard to figure out where they stop and you start. It’s okay to have role models, and to get ideas about hair, clothes and make up from others, but in the end, you have to do what’s right for you and allow yourself to be the unique individual that you are.
