Do something that makes you happy. Do it often. Make happiness a habit.

Current thinking says it takes anywhere from 21 to 28 days to create or
change a habit. In fact, that’s how Think Positive 30 was born. In our live journal community, we provide people with a place to post their positive thoughts for 30 days or more. The theory was, that if you worked to find something positive every day for 30 days, you would get in the habit having a more positive outlook. The same could be said for happiness. Find something that makes you happy. Do it every day for an extended period of time. Start to make it a habit. A happiness habit. We all have some sort of habit we want to break, why not try and replace that habit with the happiness habit and see how you feel.
