The invariable mark of wisdom is to see the miraculous in the common. – Ralph Waldo Emerson
There is beauty all around us. We just have to look and find it. Things like Niagara Falls, or the Grand Canyon, or even just a row of puffy clouds dancing across a cerulean sky. These beautiful things are a miracle to behold. Honestly, they’re kind of hard to miss – they’re almost in your face beautiful. But there are other kinds of beauty, other kinds of miracles. They occur every day and can be found in every day things, if you just open your eyes and look for them. The toddler that falls and gets right back up again. The teenager who helps a neighbor carry their groceries in, or even in a parent hugging their child hello or goodbye. Those are beautiful and miraculous things. So while you are looking at the beauty around you, don’t overlook the other types of beauty. In fact, you may enjoy going out of your way to find it.
