Being Thankful

Share on:

A thankful heart is a happy heart. Be thankful for what you have, that’s a good place to start.

Here in the United States, it’s Thanksgiving. I’ve found in the past that i haven’t focused so much on the being thankful as I have the food and the days off, and, if we’re being perfectly honest, the shopping.

However, I do have so much to be thankful for. I have to wonderful, incredible and amazing kids I have a new to me car, I have a job that allows me to help people, a place to live, and fantastic friends. I have love in my life and when you come right down to it that’s the most wonderful thing of all.

So today, I’m going to start being thankful for what I have, but I’m not going to wait until next year to be thankful again. I’m going to try and be thankful every day for all the good and great things in my life. I hope you will as well.
