Walk the Talk

We almost always know the right thing to do.  When the traffic light is yellow, we KNOW that we’re supposed to slow down and stop, but if you’re like me, you speed up and try and slip on through.  I know all the right things to do to get healthy and lose weight – that doesn’t mean I’m doing it.   There is a huge difference between knowing what is right and actually doing what is right.  But we, as a species, are pretty darn smart.  We’re capable of taking what we know and applying it to our lives.  We don’t have to just talk the talk, we can walk the walk as well.
