Move Beyond Your Limits

Einstein was pretty smart.  I mean yeah, he had that whole theory of relativity thing going on, but I’m not just talking about his amazing science ability.  He was an incredibly insightful man.  There are those who might say that if we accept our limits, we are bound by them, but I disagree.  Once we are aware of what our limits are, our natural inclination is to find a way to surpass them.  Think about people who run, they’re always looking to increase their time and their distance…to go beyond what they are capable of.  When you go to the gym, the first time you try lifting weights, you have a limit, there is only so much weight you are capable of lifting.  Once you know that limit, you are able to start working, to strengthen your muscles and push beyond that limit.  This can be applied to anything in our lives.  Once we see where we are, we can then start to think about just how far we can go from there.  Never stop pushing your limits.  Always strive for more.
